That's a really handy trick there :D I'll probably keep this in mind in future projects, thanks man ;)
And what parts of the image did you use motion tracking? I couldn't see anything (except for the black dots in the wood) that could be optimal for the motion tracker, and the track came out that clean (!):s

I used a 2D planar tracker called Mocha. After Effects CS4 now comes with the AE version free. It uses more pixel information to track footage in 2D only. In this case I created a b-spline to cover the entire object instead of just four individual corner track points.
